Submission Guidelines

• Abstract Submission: Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words and should clearly outline the research objective, research question, methodology, and findings.

• Language: English

• Author Information: Include the names, affiliations, and contact details of all authors.

• Format: APA reference styles. Use (Author, Year) for citations in-text and no numbering for references. No specific format for the main text is required. Accepted full-paper manuscripts will be formatted by the Editorial Office. No author identity should be included.

• Submission Portal: Please submit your abstract through the submission portal provided by Microsoft Conference Management Tools (CMT)*. Create an account if you don’t have one, verify your email, and log in. Fill in the required fields, including title, abstract text, keywords, and author information. Add co-authors if applicable, select relevant conference themes, review your information, and click “Submit.” You will receive a confirmation email and can track your submission status through the portal. Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent by the specified date, and for any technical assistance, use the “Help” section within the portal or contact the conference organizing committee.
